Leechiu Property Consultants (LPC) is a privately held professional real estate brokerage services company operating in the Philippines. The team behind LPC leverages on their combined experience to negotiate even the most complex property transactions for both local proponents and the world’s biggest conglomerates. We are driven to excel and value the trust our clients grant us. We redefine real estate services from transactional to nurturing relationships through informed choices and long term support. Anyone can facilitate a transaction, but only a certain few can provide a mutually beneficial relationship.
HOW WE GET HERE
LPC is run by the team that built Leechiu & Associates, Inc. (L&A), a Filipino-owned brokerage firm that made such a significant impact on the Philippine property. In 2008, JLL acquired Leechiu & Associates and with David Leechiu and team on board, increased its revenue 10 times. Seven years after the partnership, the team is again embarking on an independent venture through LPC, bringing with them the same entrepreneurial spirit, desire to succeed, and excellent work ethic.
With the team’s combined experience in leasing more than 1.0 million square meters of office space and having sold more than 100 billion pesos of real estate, LPC is highly regarded in the real estate industry for landmark transactions they have facilitated that have created an impact on the Philippines.
