LPC’s mission is to deliver profitable real estate solutions to its clients and partners. Since our establishment in 2016, we have leased more than one (1) million square meters of office space and have sold thirty-two (32) billion pesos worth of real estate. How we got here
LPC is run by the team that built Leechiu & Associates, Inc. (L&A), a Filipino-owned brokerage firm that made such a significant impact on the Philippine property. In 2008, JLL acquired Leechiu & Associates and with David Leechiu and team on board, increased its revenue 10 times. Seven years after the partnership, the team is again embarking on an independent venture through LPC, bringing with them the same entrepreneurial spirit, desire to succeed, and excellent work ethic.
With the team’s combined experience in leasing more than 1.0 million square meters of office space and having sold more than 100 billion pesos of real estate, LPC is highly regarded in the real estate industry for landmark transactions they have facilitated – which have created an impact on the Philippines.
