David Leechiu, the CEO of Leechiu Property Consultants, Inc. (LPC) has more than 27 years of expertise in real estate. David is considered the leading commercial real estate broker in the Philippines and is behind the lease arrangement of more than 1 million square meters of office space, and sold more than USD 2 billion in real estate.

- Leechiu & Associates merged with JLL Philippines in 2008. As the Country Manager and the only Filipino International Director, he led the company’s growth to exceed the combined revenues of its competitors.

Lylah brings with her more than 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate markets of Metro Manila and other provinces; she plays a key role in promoting end-to-end real estate solutions for corporate clients. Her current responsibilities include ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction by providing comprehensive, effective and innovative real estate transaction services to commercial corporate occupiers. Roy has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry from research, planning and marketing to project implementation. After graduating from college, he immediately joined the real estate industry and has not left since, except to finish his MBA at the Asian Institute of Management. Prior to joining Leechiu Property Consultants, he set-up a boutique real estate consultancy firm and accumulated experience in the real estate industry, specifically in market research, financial analysis and packaging, property evaluation, highest and best use studies, business plans and development planning.
